Mr Clarke was unloading concrete blocks from a 30-metre-long conveyor when his colleague changed the direction of the machine. Unfortunately, Mr Clarke was working between the conveyor and a low bridge when the machine changed direction and, consequently, he was crushed between the metal platform and the conveyor. Sadly, Mr Clarke died at the scene after enduring horrific head injuries. [...]</description>
