Mrs Miller, awarded £9,200 after injuring her neck, back and hip

Mrs Claire Miller, from Southampton, was injured when another driver hit her car on the motorway, causing whiplash and injury to her back and hip.

She was driving in the left-hand lane when a car swerved from the middle lane and hit her car on the driver’s side, causing her to go into the barriers.  The impact was so severe that Mrs Miller had to be cut out of her vehicle and then taken to the nearest hospital by ambulance.
