  • No loans and/or credit agreements

  • Help with rehabilitation where possible

  • If you win your claim you keep ALL the compensation. You should note that, in cases related to Industrial Disease, Medical Negligence, Criminal Injury Compensation Claims and MIB ‘Untraced Driver’ claims, legal costs may not be covered. If this is the case, you will have to pay some or all of the solicitor’s costs out of your compensation

  • If you don’t win your claim, you pay nothing. You will usually have an insurance policy linked to your ‘no win, no fee’ agreement which covers your disbursements and the other side’s legal costs. Your solicitor will explain this in more detail to you

  • You should note that if you do not co-operate and/or the contents of your questionnaire and any subsequent correspondence/information, proves to be false, you will immediately become liable for your legal cost and disbursements under the terms of your agreement with your solicitor
