- Objective, independent advice on whether a claim would be successful – honesty and integrity are important to us so we won’t raise expectations or encourage false claims
- If you to choose to claim, we’ll discuss funding options with you
- Fully qualified solicitors to handle your case – with some other companies your case could be handled by a call centre operative
- Solicitors who specialise in cases like yours and who have been specially selected for the quality of their work, their reputation and their successful track record
- Direct dealing with the solicitor of your choice – whose independent professional judgement is maintained throughout your case
- Regular updates on the progress of your case. We value your case regardless of size and will ensure you’re kept up to date
- Prompt reporting of settlement offers – and advice about the merits of each offer in plain English. The aim is to get you maximum compensation
- No loans and/or credit agreements
- Help with rehabilitation where possible
- If you win your claim you keep ALL the compensation. You should note that, in cases related to Industrial Disease, Medical Negligence, Criminal Injury Compensation Claims and MIB ‘Untraced Driver’ claims, legal costs may not be covered. If this is the case, you will have to pay some or all of the solicitor’s costs out of your compensation
- If you don’t win your claim, you pay nothing. You will usually have an insurance policy linked to your ‘no win, no fee’ agreement which covers your disbursements and the other side’s legal costs. Your solicitor will explain this in more detail to you
- You should note that if you do not co-operate and/or the contents of your questionnaire and any subsequent correspondence/information, proves to be false, you will immediately become liable for your legal cost and disbursements under the terms of your agreement with your solicitor
