Mr Moore, awarded over £12,000 after suffering nerve damage to his shoulder and neck
Mr Moore suffered nerve damage to his neck and shoulder when he was assaulted by a care home resident suffering from mental illness. His injuries left him unable to work, and he had his employment terminated.
