Introducing First4InjuryClaims: Our New Law Firm

To ensure our clients were still able to access justice after the government changed the laws around road traffic accident claims, First4Lawyers has set up a new law firm: First4InjuryClaims.

It is our first law firm, wholly owned by First4Lawyers and managed by some of the very best experts in personal injury law.

First4InjuryClaims is fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This gives clients the reassurance that they will receive a quality service.

The government’s new reforms now stop innocent people who have been hurt in car accidents being able to recover the cost of a solicitor from the responsible party if their injuries last up to two years and their claim is worth less than £5,000.

Along with these changes, the government introduced a portal that accident victims can use to process claims. However, we knew that people would still benefit from the legal expertise of a solicitor. We established First4InjuryClaims to provide that help.

The team takes an individual approach with every client, tailoring the service it offers to a client’s specific needs.

Speaking about the launch, First4Lawyers managing director Qamar Anwar said: “It is incredibly important to us, as a group, that we provide consumers with the support they need at times when they are often at their most vulnerable.”

First4InjuryClaims builds on the First4Lawyers team’s multi award-winning mentality to provide the best possible experience for clients who have been hurt in road traffic accidents through no fault of their own.

What it means for you, as a First4Lawyers client, is that very little changes. You can still rely on us to help when you’ve been injured and we’ll still match you to an expert solicitor who will do all they can to get you the best possible result.

So if you’ve been involved in an accident, get in touch with the team to discuss your options.
