We Are No Win No Fee Solicitors

If you have suffered an injury in an accident that wasn’t your fault, you could be entitled to compensation. However, the cost of seeking legal advice can often seem unaffordable, particularly for those for those who are unable to work as a result of their injury. That’s why we offer a no win, no fee service.

What Does No Win No Fee Mean?

If you make a claim on a No Win, No Fee basis, you will not be required to pay your solicitor a penny for their services if your claim is unsuccessful. There are no upfront or unexpected costs, meaning that making a claim with us is risk and stress-free. Simply let our specialist solicitors do the hard work while you focus on recovering from your accident.

How Has It Changed?

In 2013, changes were made to the way in which claiming on a No Win No Fee basis works. Before the system was revised, claimants were able to retain all of the compensation they were awarded, while the losing party was required to foot all of the legal costs.

Today, although solicitors will endeavour to ensure that claimants retain as much of their compensation as possible, they may be required to part with a fraction of it in order to cover some of the legal costs if the claim is successful. The amount contributed will, however, be limited to a percentage agreed between you and your solicitor at the outset.

Why Claim with Us?

If you are considering starting a claim on a No Win No Fee basis, simply give us a call or request a free call back. We can provide you with detailed information about our service and offer free, impartial and honest advice. Your situation will be assessed quickly and individually, and unlike many other claims companies, we won’t waste your time if we do not believe that your claim will be successful.

It is worth noting that many personal injury claims have a time limit of three years and in some cases an even shorter time. So, if you have been injured through no fault of your own and you’re thinking about making a claim, it’s important to get in touch as soon as possible after your accident.
