Favourite thing about his role: Getting into the technical aspects of a claim
Luke’s background is primarily in the legal field, having worked for large law firms before joining First4Lawyers. He has managed case loads of personal injury claims and led teams within customer service environments.
In his role as Team Leader, Luke assesses the merits of a claim, ensuring that it has sufficient prospects and that claimants are put in touch with the most suitable solicitor on our specialist panel. He supervises the Legal Services team and monitors performance.
Luke is also a huge football fan – he loves both watching and playing. He calls himself a “long-suffering fan” of his hometown team Barnsley FC. He also enjoys spending his time at the gym and with family and friends.
