Miss Pierre Received £2,500 After Slipping and Injuring Her Back

Miss Pierre was out and about when she entered a toilet. As she hadn’t noticed anything out of the ordinary, she expected nothing unusual.

However, despite the lack of wet floor signs, she slipped on water and landed on her back.

She later found out that the toilets had been flooding for a few days prior to her fall and should therefore have been closed.

After the accident, Miss Pierre found that she was suffering from back pain and muscle spasms due to her slip. She had to take medication to deal with the pain and it prevented her from doing her work as a massage therapist.

Deciding that she wanted to obtain justice for what had happened to her, Miss Pierre searched online for some help. She found First4Lawyers and got in touch with us. We took some details about her accident and established that she would have a strong case to present.

Our claims advisor put her in touch with a specialist personal injury solicitor, who accepted Miss Pierre’s claim on a no win no fee basis.

Her solicitor then went on to help her claim £2,500 in compensation for her back injury. They also helped her obtain the physiotherapy she required to aid her recovery.

When asked how she found dealing with First4Lawyers, Miss Pierre said: “They were very helpful. Communication was good – I was kept up to date with the whole process. My solicitor kept me informed of changes. A really good service. They didn’t let me down.”
