Mrs R received £17,250

Broken ankle

Mrs R was awarded £17,250 after a fall at a caravan site left her with a badly broken ankle.

She was helping her granddaughter at a caravan site in Norfolk when she slipped on a damp ramp. The ramp had insufficient grit and no handrail, causing a danger to Mrs R. Her ankle was broken in two places and had to be screwed and pinned to aid her recovery.  Three years on she still didn't have 100% mobility in her foot.

Mrs R called First4Lawyers after seeing our TV advert and we put her in touch with solicitors who specialise in slips and trips.

The amount she received took into account the lasting nature of her injuries, plus the offer of physiotherapy.

Mrs R says: "I have no complaints at all. I was kept informed at all stages, and I am 100% satisfied with First4Lawyers. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family".
